There is one (1) direct train connection Rostock to Aachen.

Train direct from Berlin to Aachen

Unfortunately  due to a bridge demolition from Cologne ,
it is no longer possible to go directly to the city of Aachen.

From Cologne , take the motorway 4  E44 to the Aachen motorway junction,
then the motorway  E44 towards Belgium  to exit Nr.5  Aachen-BRAND.
Leave the motorway onto the B258 main road to Aachen city.
